Warmup Progressions and Drills for the Clean and Jerk

In this video, Kurt Mullican and Alex Maclin will show you Olympic Weightlifting specific warm-up and drill progressions for the clean and jerk lift. Just as for the snatch progression, these movements and drills will help develop good movement patterns, position and timing for the lift. Try them out the next time you’ve gotta clean and jerk or practice everyday to improve technique.
