When you zoom out, there seems to always be two kinds of lifters when learning the snatch: The ones who can't pull under to catch in the bottom, and the ones who would RATHER pull under to catch in the bottom. The common thread there is pulling under. Some can't seem to do it high, while others can't seem to do it low. I say to meet in the middle! Here we discuss the Tall Snatch and Snatch Pull under drills for hitting bottom, followed by "no feet" drills in the power snatch, pulling under and catching high as we work our way down to the full snatch.
